The 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Chapter will be held at 12.00pm on

Lunch will be served from 12.30 pm.
Announcement
1.Chapter members are required to be Society members of good standing.
2.Chapter members are to pay Chapter dues, $60.00 for renewal of
subscription Year 2005-06.
3.Delinquent Chapter members are to pay past years dues, before they can
renew current subscription.

1.Amendment to ASC Rules & Regulation into ASC Constitution and By-law
documents:
a)proposed ASC constitution document
b)comparison of existing and proposed changes by-laws
